摘 要:液动冲击器是铀矿科学深钻采用的关键技术,采用固定射吸单元结构的液动冲击器可降低启动流量,稳定冲击频率。为探究固定射吸单元结构对冲锤抬升的作用机理,采用FLUENT软件对冲锤射吸结构流场进行了模拟仿真,分析了喷嘴射流长度和冲锤下腔压强变化,优选了射流卷吸结构参数。结果表明:冲锤射吸结构可提高冲锤上下腔压强差,降低冲击器的启动工作流量;喷嘴结构影响有效射流长度,建议喷嘴出口圆柱长度取值范围为5~10 mm,喷嘴收敛角取值范围为22°~23°,收敛段长度范围为40~60 mm;承喷距离和承喷喉管的增大,均可造成冲锤下腔压强减小,建议当喷嘴直径为10 mm时,承喷距离在12~14 mm之间,承喷喉管直径在16~17 mm为宜。分析结果可为优化绳索取心液动冲击器性能和改进结构设计提供参考。Hydraulic impactor is the key technology used in uranium scientific drilling.The hydraulic impactor with fixed jet structure unit can reduce the starting flow and stabilize the impact frequency.In order to explore the mechanism of lifting hammer that fixed jet structure unit acts,we simulated the flow field of the jet structure of hammer by using FLUENT software,analyzed the jet length of the nozzle and the change of pressure in the chamber under the hammer,and optimized the jet structure parameters.The results show that the jet structure of the hammer can improve the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the hammer,and reduce the working flow of the impactor.The structure parameters of the nozzle affect the jet length,it is recommended that the length of the cylindrical end of the nozzle outlet range from 5~10 mm,the convergence angle of the nozzle range from 22°~23°,and the length of the convergence segment range from 40~60 mm.The pressure in the lower chamber of the hammer will decrease with the increase of the nozzle-throat distance and diameter of throat tube.It is recommended that when the diameter of the nozzle is 10 mm,the nozzle-throat distance should be between 12~14 mm,and the diameter of throat tube should be between 16~17 mm.The analysis results can provide reference for optimizing the performance and improving the structure design of the hydraulic impactor.
