摘  要:泥层高度和泥层压力是深锥浓密机底流浓度稳定控制的关键,为了研究二者的内在关系,基于Terzaghi有效应力原理推导并建立了深锥浓密机泥层高度和压力数学模型,以国内外3个矿山为例,对该数学模型进行了工程验证,并探讨了该数学模型的适用范围.结果表明:泥层高度与压力呈幂函数正相关,且随着泥层高度增加,dh/dp逐渐增大;列举的3个矿山实测数据与数学模型曲线对比吻合度均较高;代入3个矿山深锥浓密机极限泥层高度后得到不跑混的极限泥层压力值分别为215.2,201.2,262.6 kPa.该数学模型从理论的角度揭示了泥层高度和压力的关系,对于深锥浓密机泥层高度控制和稳定高浓度底流获取具有实际指导意义.The mud height and the mud pressure are the key to the stability control of deep cone thickener(DCT)underflow concentration.In order to study the internal relationship between the mud height and mud pressure,the mathematical model of mud height and pressure of DCT was established based on Terzaghi effective stress principle.Taking three mines at home and abroad as examples,this mathematical model was verified by engineering and the application scope of the mathematical model was discussed.The results show that there is a positive power function correlation between mud height and pressure,and dh/dp increases with the increase of mud height.The measured data of the three mines listed are in good agreement with the curves of the mathematical model.The ultimate mud pressure values without running and mixing are 215.2,201.2,262.6 kPa after substituting the ultimate mud height of three DCT in mine,respectively.The mathematical model reveals the relationship between mud height and pressure from a theoretical point of view,which has practical guiding significance for the control of mud layer height and obtaining stable higher underflow concentration of DCT.
