摘 要:采用2 kg/h褐煤气体热载体错流热解实验装置,以经过加热后的氮气作为气体热载体,研究了气体热载体温度、原料粒度以及热载体平均停留时间对霍林河褐煤的热解产物分布特性的影响.结果表明:随着气体热载体温度由500℃升高到700℃,热解反应加剧,焦油产率、热解煤气热值、半焦破碎率和平均孔径均有显著增加;随着粒度由6~13 mm降低到1~3 mm,焦油产率略微增大,破碎率显著减小,半焦的平均孔径显著增加;随着气体热载体停留时间由6.72 s降低至1.68 s,减少了热解油气在反应器中的停留时间,减缓焦油的二次反应,焦油产率有明显增加,半焦的比表面积和平均孔径均有显著增加;热解温度和原煤粒度对焦油的组分含量影响较大,粒度和热解温度的增加,有利于增加焦油中的轻组分含量;气体热载体错流结构有利于油气产物的快速导出,降低停留时间和二次反应程度,从而提高焦油产率和品质.The effects of temperature of gas heat carrier,particle size of raw material and average retention time of heat carrier on the distribution characteristics of pyrolysis products of Huolinhe lignite were studied in the cross-flow pyrolysis device of 2 kg/L lignite gas heat carrier,with heated nitrogen as gas heat carrier.The results show that as the temperature of gas heat carrier increases from 500℃to 700℃,the tar yield,the low heat value of pyrolysis gas,the breakage rate and the average pore size of char are increased significantly.Decreasing the particle size from 6—13 mm to 1—3 mm of at 600℃,the tar yield increases a little,the breakage rate decreases and the average pore size of char increases sharply.With the decrease of the residence time of the gas heat carrier,the residence time of the pyrolysis gas is reduced and the secondary reaction of tar is slowed down,the tar yield and the average pore size increases obviously.Pyrolysis temperature and material particle size have a great influence on the component content of pyrolysis tar.The increase of particle size and pyrolysis temperature is conducive to the increase of light component content in tar.The oil and gas products are quickly exported by gas heat carrier in cross-flow pyrolysis device,which alleviates the secondary pyrolysis reaction of tar and effectively improves the yield and quality of tar.
