摘  要:采用生物滴滤器(BTF)净化模拟氯苯废气,考察不同工况下的净化性能及鼠李糖脂(RL)添加下生物膜特性.结果表明:BTF中群落结构稳定,变形杆菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)为优势菌门(相对丰度占比88.4%).BTF性能在添加RL质量浓度为80 g/L时强化作用最佳,去除率和去除负荷较未添加时的58%,35 g/(m^(3)·h)增至81%,49 g/(m^(3)·h).胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质(PN)和多糖(PS)在RL质量浓度为100 mg/L时最高,m(PN)∶m(PS)由0.60增至0.84;EPS电负性降低促进生物膜的形成,细胞表面相对疏水性提高了35%,氯苯生物可得性相应提高;傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析中官能团与其吸收峰的偏移及强度的改变,也证实RL促进PN与PS的合成与分泌,从而强化生物膜对氯苯的去除.The biosurfactant rhamnolipid was employed in biotrickling filter(BTF)to investigate the removal of gaseous chlorobenzene and the change of biofilm characteristics under different operating conditions.The results show that the composition of microbiological communities is stable,88.4%microorganisms belong to Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria.The reactor performance could be strengthened with the increase of the mass concentration of rhamnolipid with the optimum level being 80 g/L when empty bed residence time(EBRT)and chlorobenzene are 60 s and 1 g/m^(3),respectively.After rhamnolipid addition,the removal rate and removal load of chlorobenzene are remarkably increased from 58%to 81%and from 35 g/(m^(3)·h)to 49 g/(m^(3)·h),respectively.When the mass concentration of rhamnolipid is 100 mg/L,the amount of protein and polysaccharide existed in extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)reach the highest level and mass ratio of PN and PS is increased from 0.6 to 0.84.The formation of biofilms is promoted because of the decrease of EPS surface charge density.The relative hydrophobicity is increased by 35%and then improved the bioavailability of chlorobenzene.The shift and change of the absorption peak of functional in FTIR further confirms that rhamnolipid might promote the synthesis and secretion of protein and polysaccharide,thus enhances the removal of chlorobenzene.
