摘 要:针对环保法规的日益严格和钻井液的低成本化要求,国内在页岩油气高性能水基钻井液代替油基钻井液方面开展了大量工作,取得了较大进展和突破。本文综述了国内近年来在页岩油气水平井高性能水基钻井液领域的技术现状,主要包括聚合醇钻井液、胺基高性能水基钻井液、硅酸盐钻井液、铝胺基钻井液、疏水抑制水基钻井液、基于纳米材料的钻井液、CAPG(cationic alkyl polyglucoside)高性能水基钻井液、CaCl_(2)-烷基糖苷钻井液、ZY-APD(Zhongyuan alkyl polyglucoside derivative)高性能水基钻井液、近油基钻井液等,并在现有的页岩油气水平井高性能水基钻井液研究及应用的基础上,对其在页岩油气水平井中应用规模较小的原因进行了剖析,对其下步研究方向及发展趋势进行了展望。In view of the increasing stringent environmental protection regulations and the low cost requirements of drilling fluids,a large number of research work has been carried out on shale oil and gas high-performance water-based drilling fluid instead of oil-based drilling fluid,and great progress and breakthrough have been made.In this paper,the technical status of high-performance water-based drilling fluid in shale oil and gas horizontal wells in recent years was reviewed,which mainly included polyol drilling fluid,amine based high performance water-based drilling fluid,silicate drilling fluid,aluminum and amine based drilling fluid,hydrophobic inhibition water-based drilling fluid,nano material based drilling fluid,CAPG(cationic alkyl poly glucoside)high-performance water-based drilling fluid,calcium chloride and alkyl polyglucoside drilling fluid,ZY-APD(Zhongyuan alkyl polyglucoside derivative)high-performance water-based drilling fluid,similiar oil-based drilling fluid,etc.Based on the existing research and application of high-performance waterbased drilling fluid for shale oil and gas horizontal wells,the reasons for its small scale application in shale oil and gas horizontal wells were analyzed,and the future research direction and development trend were prospected.
