摘 要:针对江苏油田域内套管开窗侧钻井的井漏和井壁垮塌频发问题,开展堵漏和防塌技术研究。利用成胶剂和交联剂形成网状结构的胶体,并在网状结构中充填纳米增强剂提高强度,配加小颗粒堵漏剂形成适合侧钻井的堵漏体系,该体系的成胶时间为1~2 h,强度大于7 MPa,可解决堵漏材料堵塞井眼环空和火成岩裂缝性地层漏失问题。研究了强抑制封堵KCl聚合物钻井液体系,该体系具有抑制性强、流型好、性能稳定等特点,配合井眼净化模拟计算推荐排量,可解决阜宁组黑色泥岩易塌地层安全钻进难题。研究成果在复杂漏失井CS20-32A井和井壁垮塌井CSX23A井进行应用,复杂时效分别为6.19%和0,达到预期效果,为油田推广应用低成本套管开窗侧钻井开发提供了技术支持。In order to solve the well loss and wellbore collapse in sidetrack drilling of Jiangsu Oilfield,the plugging and anti-collapse technology had been researched.Using coss-linking agent and gelatinizing agent to connect a reticulate structure gel,and nanometer materials were filled for enhancing the strength of the gel.The gel with small particle plugging additive could gelatinize in 1-2 hours,and the strength was larger than 7 MPa.This gel system was used to solve the bridging particle blocking wellbore annulus problem and block off igneous rock losing.The inhibition blocking KCl polymer drilling fluid had been reached,which had high inhibitive ability,good liquidity and stable property.By calculating the wellbore cleanliness,the black mudstone of funing formation collapse problem had been solved during the sidetrack drilling.The research results had been used in losing well CS20-32 A and the wellbore collapse well CSX23 A,the downhole complex aging was 6.19%and 0,respectively which could support the sidetrack drilling using widely in Jiangsu Oilfield.
