摘  要:目的:对样本医院药学部门进行灾害脆弱性分析,了解突发公共卫生事件下药事管理存在的风险,厘清管理方向。方法:基于Kaiser模型,结合疫情下药事管理的实际情况,设计网络问卷和纸质问卷,于2021年2-11月在样本医院开展灾害脆弱性分析,分析指标风险值和矩阵分布。结果:风险值提示,以下属于高风险事件:流行病暴发、药品供应短缺、职业暴露事件、信息网络突发故障事件、个人防护物资短缺、突发重大医疗纠纷、危害医院公共秩序事件、火灾、药品相关差错、媒体舆情负面报道等。结论:开展灾害脆弱性分析可以指导药学部门了解管理漏洞和评价管理风险,以构建针对性的应急措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the vulnerability of the pharmacy department of a sample hospital to understand the risks of pharmacy administration in public health emergencies(PHE),and to clarify the direction of management.METHODS Based on the Kaiser model and the actual situation of pharmacy department in PHE,network questionnaires and paper questionnaires were designed.From February to November 2021,risk vulnerability analysis was carried out on the pharmaceutical department of a sample hospital,and the risk values and matrix distribution were analyzed.RESULTS The risk values suggested that the following were high-risk events:epidemic outbreaks,shortage of medicine,occupational exposure incidents,information network emergencies,shortage of personal protective materials,sudden major medical disputes,incidents endangering public order in hospital,fire hazard,drug-related errors and negative media reports,etc.CONCLUSION Carrying out hazard vulnerability analysis guides pharmacy department to understand loopholes and evaluate risks,so as to construct targeted emergency measures.
