摘　　要：目的:探讨使用罗沙司他治疗肾性贫血患者后所取得效果的影响因素。方法:选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日诊断为肾性贫血且使用罗沙司他治疗的182例患者数据资料,进行回顾性分析。依据患者的治疗效果分为治疗有效组121例,治疗无效组61例。对比2组的调查结果数据,分析肾性贫血患者治疗效果的影响因素。结果:共有182名患者的数据纳入调查中。年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、药师指导、吸烟情况是肾性贫血患者治疗效果的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:针对肾性贫血的患者,利用罗沙司他进行治疗,可以获得一定的治疗效果。包括“是否接受临床药师指导”在内的多种因素均可能是该类患者治疗效果的影响因素,在今后的工作中可以适当干预,继续提升患者疗效。OBJECTIVE To explore the influencing factors in the efficacy of roxadustat in the treatment of patients with renal anemia(RA).METHODS The data of 182 patients who were diagnosed with renal enamia and treated with roxadustat from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 in Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected for the retrospective analysis.According to the treatment effect,the patients were divided into treatment effective group(121 cases)and treatment failure group(61 cases).The survey results of the two groups was compared and the influencing factors in the treatment effect of patients with renal anemia were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 182 patients’data were included in the survey.Age,gender,BMI,pharmacist guidance and smoking status were independent factors influencing the treatment effect of patients with renal anemia(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For patients with renal anemia,the use of roxadustat for the treatment can obtain a certain therapeutic effect.A variety of factors including"whether to accept the guidance of clinical pharmacists"may be the influencing factors in the treatment effect of such patients.Appropriate interventions can be carried out in future work to improve the efficacy of patients continually.
