摘  要:文中以Ti-Al-Nb-Zr-Mo系高强钛合金热连轧成形的厚壁无缝管为研究对象,采用PAW工艺进行环缝对接焊工艺试验,对焊接接头的宏观成形、微观组织及力学性能进行了测试分析。试验结果表明:PAW环缝接头外观成形良好,无明显缺陷;热影响区主要为沿粗大β相界形成的片层α相及在内部形成的细小针状α′马氏体;焊缝主要为密集粗大、交错排布的针状α′马氏体组织。焊缝区的平均硬度比母材的高约HV60,拉伸试验均断裂在母材处,接头的强度超过母材的。与母材相比,接头韧性略有下降,其中热影响区和焊缝中心室温的平均冲击吸收功分别为42.3 J和37.7 J。Ti-Al-Nb-Zr-Mo thick wall high strength titanium alloy seamless tube formed by hot continuous rolling was taken as the research,and the macroscopic forming,microstructure and mechanical properties of the PAW joints were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the appearance of PAW joint was well formed without obvious defects.The heat affected zone(HAZ) was mainly composed of lamellar α formed along the coarse β phase boundary and fine acicular α’ martensite formed in the interior.The welded metal(WM) were mainly acicular α’ with dense thick and staggered arrangement.The average hardness of the WM was about HV60 higher than that of the base metal(BM).The tensile speciments all fractured at the BM,and the joint strength exceeded the strength of the BM.Compared with the BM,the toughness of the joint decreased slightly,and the average impact absorption work of the HAZ and the weld center at room temperature was 42.3 J and 37.7 J.
