摘 要:针对中间包连铸过程中夹杂物的存在易导致铸坯出现质量缺陷的问题,以不锈钢连铸中间包为研究对象,通过数值模拟方法研究了控流装置、夹杂物密度以及夹杂物尺寸等参数对中间包内夹杂物去除行为的影响规律。研究结果表明,在设置堰坝和湍流控制器中间包内,密度为2 700 kg/m^(3),粒径为5μm的夹杂物去除率为63.32%,而150μm的大尺寸夹杂物去除率可达到89.04%。当夹杂物粒径为10~50μm,密度为2 700~4 500 kg/m^(3)时,夹杂物密度对夹杂物去除率影响较小。无控流装置中间包时,夹杂物在顶渣层呈以中心纵截面对称的分布;设置堰坝中间包时,挡渣堰坝两侧出现了70μm以上夹杂物密集区;设置堰坝组合湍流控制器中间包时,夹杂物主要被限制在中间包第一腔室自由液面,研究结果对于进一步发挥不锈钢连铸过程中的中间包冶金功能具有指导意义。Aiming at the problem that the existence of inclusions in the tundish continuous casting process could easily lead to quality defects of the slab,stainless steel continuous casting tundish was taken as the research object,and the influence of flow control device,inclusion density and inclusion size on inclusion removal behavior in tundish was studied by numerical simulation.The results showed that in the tundish with weir dam and turbulence controller,the removal rate of inclusions with a density of 2 700 kg/m^(3)and a particle size of 5 μm was 63.32%,while the removal rate of large inclusions with a density of 150 μm could reach 89.04%.When the inclusion particle size was in the range of 10-50 μm and the density was 2 700-4 500 kg/m^(3),the effect of inclusion density on inclusion removal rate was small.When the tundish had no flow control device,the inclusions in the top slag layer were distributed symmetrically with the central longitudinal section.In the tundish with weir and dam,there were more than 70 μm inclusions on both sides of the dam.When the weir-dam combined turbulence controller tundish was set up,the inclusions were mainly limited in the free liquid level of the first chamber of the tundish.The research results had guiding significance for further developing the metallurgical function of the tundish in the continuous casting process of stainless steel.
