摘 要:冷轧过程中工作辊的热凸度变化是决定带材板形质量的重要因素,研究分析工作辊的热变形及其对板形的影响对于提高带材质量有着重要的意义。以某厂1450 mm冷连轧生产线为研究对象,运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS与LS-DYNA分别建立四机架与五机架的工作辊二维热凸度有限元仿真模型和三维有限元轧制仿真模型,并将2个仿真模型相结合,分析热凸度变化对板形的影响规律、工作辊上机后的热辊形变化过程及其对板形的影响规律,进一步分析轧制速度改变引起的热辊形变化对板形的影响以及乳化液温度、边部预热宽度对板形的影响,为以后冷轧板形质量提升提供了基础。The thermal crown change of the work roll in cold rolling process is an important factor to determine the strip shape quality.The research and analysis of the thermal deformation of work roll and its influence on the strip shape is of great significance to improve strip quality.Taking the 1450 mm tandem cold rolling production line of a plant as the research object,the two-dimensional thermal crown finite element simulation model and three-dimensional finite element rolling simulation model of No.4 stand and No.5 stand work rolls respectively were established by the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS and LS-DYNA.The two simulation models were combined to analyze the influence law of thermal crown change on the plate shape.The hot roll shape change process and its influence on the shape after the work roll putting on the machine were analyzed.The influence of the hot roll shape change caused by the change of rolling speed on the shape and the influence of emulsion temperature and edge preheating width on the shape were further analyzed,which provided a basis for the improvement of cold rolling shape quality in the future.
