游荡性河段不同时期河道整治密度及历程

摘　　要：游荡性河段是相对于流路固定的河道而言,黄河下游的下游河段是典型的游荡性河道,游荡性河道主流摆动不定、河势多变、河床易冲易淤、且冲淤幅度较大,对周边及下游生产生活造成威胁。认清当前黄河下游防洪形势虽然得到改善,但也面临由于水沙条件和河道演变问题的复杂性以及不同河段河床演变规律的特殊性,下游游荡性河道输沙能力不足、下游部分河段河势恶化等问题,给游荡性河段河道整治带来困难。通过黄河下游开展的河道整治,游荡范围得到有效控制,改善了水流,防洪安全得到提高,提高了引黄取水的保证率,带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。The lower reaches of the Yellow River is a typical wandering channel,compared with the fixed channel.The wanderingchannel’s main stream swings indefinitely,the river regime is changeable,the riverbed is easy to scour and silt,and the scour aAlthough the flood control situation in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has been improved,the river control in the lower reachesof the Yellow River is still faced with problems such as insufficient sediment transport capacity and worsening river regime due to thecomplexity of water and sediment conditions and river channel evolution as well as the particularity of river bed evolution laws indifferent reaches,which bring difficulties to the river control in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.Through the river regulation inthe lower reaches of the Yellow River,the wandering area has been effectively controlled,the water flow has been improved,the floodcontrol safety has been improved,and the guarantee rate of water diversion from the Yellow River has been raised,bringing hugeeconomic and social benefits.
