摘  要:针对某型电动轮自卸车电动机控制器在实地测试中出现过流故障,导致控制器失控的现象,实地采集故障数据,并在试验台架上复现此故障。基于试验台架的数据采集,分析故障产生原因,并提出解决方案:利用复矢量控制替代 PID 控制,并加入磁链观测和矫正环节。修改控制器软件和硬件后,在试验台架上分别针对自卸车的牵引、制动以及牵引与制动切换这 3 种工况进行测试。测试结果表明:改进后的控制器无论在牵引工况还是制动工况下,稳态和动态控制性能均表现良好;在电动机转矩变化剧烈的工况下,控制器运行可靠稳定,未出现过流故障。In view of the out of control of the motor controller of an electric-wheeled dump truck in field test due to its overcurrent fault,field fault data was collected,and the fault was reproduced on test bench.Based on the data collection on the test bench,the cause of the fault was analyzed,and solutions were offered:PID control was replaced with complex vector control,and flux link observation and correction were added.After the software and the hardware of the controller were modified,the test for the dump truck in traction,braking and switching mode between traction and braking was conducted on the test bench.The test results showed:the modified controller behaved well in stable and dynamic control performance both in traction and braking mode;in the mode of great variation of the motor torque,the controller operated reliably and stably without overcurrent fault.
