摘 要:煤矿井下普遍采用带式输送机运输,当巷道变坡角度较大时,会导致凹弧段曲率半径过大,使带式输送机中间部位抬升高度过高,而巷道一般高度不够,若采用压带轮防止飘带,又势必会造成输送带寿命下降。针对上述上运带式输送机大角度过渡问题,提出一种转载式防飘带优化设计方案,并已获得了成功应用,可为其他带式输送机设计提供参考。The belt conveyor is usually used in underground colliery,while the obliquity of the roadway varies greatly,the concaved segment of the conveyor is of great curvature radius,which leads to the middle section of the conveyor being lifted overhigh.Since the roadway is usually not high enough,if the belt roller was applied to resist the belt floatation,the lifespan of the belt is bound to reduce.In view of the large-obliquity transition of the upward belt conveyor,a kind of transferred belt floatation resistant optimization design scheme was offered,and has been applied successfully.It could offer reference for the design of other belt conveyors.
