摘  要:对中国与欧洲和北美的大高炉(炉缸直径≥12m,内容积≥3200m^(3))运行实绩进行了比较分析。结果表明:①中国高炉的利用系数高于欧洲和北美高炉,中国高炉的焦比比欧洲高炉要高,但总燃料比相当;②中国高炉的炉渣碱度高于欧洲高炉,欧洲高炉的某些操作者使用碱度超过2.2的烧结矿;③欧洲高炉的焦丁使用量最高,中间值是46kg/t,中国高炉中间值是40kg/t,北美高炉中间值是25kg/t;④中国高炉操作者通过使用较小风口直径来获得较高风速,而欧洲和北美高炉操作者对炉料分布控制给予了更多关注:炉料熔化行为对高炉运行至关重要,熔化行为可以解释大多数高炉运行指标不同的本质原因。A comparative analysis was carried out on the operating performance of large BFs(heart diameter≥12m,inner volume≥3200m^(3))in China,Europe and North America.The results show that:(1)The productivity and coke rate of BFs in China is higher than that in Europe and North America,but the total fuel rate is similar;(2)The slag basicity of BFs in China is higher than that in Europe,and the basicity of sinter used by some European BF operators is over 2.2;(3)the a-mount of coke nut used by the European BF operators is the highest with the median value of 46 kg/t,while that used by Chinese BF operators is 40kg/t,and that by North American operators 25kg/t;(4)The BF operators in China increase blasting speed by adopting smaller diameter tuyere;while their counterparts in Europe and North America concerns more about charge distribution control;(5)Charge melting behavior is critical to BF operation,and it interprets the essential reasons for different indicators of most BFs.
