摘 要:膏体充填工艺具有绿色环保、经济高效的优势,是充填工艺技术发展的方向和趋势,全尾砂浆的沉降浓缩技术对膏体工艺的效率、膏体料浆的质量和生产成本具有直接影响。本文在概述深锥浓密机工艺特点的基础上,详细介绍了深锥浓密膏体充填工艺在国内某铜矿的应用与改进,针对矿山尾砂浆给料参数(尾砂粒径和质量浓度)不稳定和采场充填不连续等问题,提出了增加旋流器调控给料参数,生产中采取“一控二调三稳”的深锥浓密机进料法则,并借助数字化和智能化方面的技术,实现了深锥浓密膏体充填工艺在国内某铜矿的顺利运行,深锥浓密机底流浓度达到72%~76%,充填料浆浓度控制在74%~76%,灰砂比1∶4充填体28 d单轴抗压强度达到5 MPa以上。Paste filling technology has the advantages of environmental protection,economy and efficiency,and it is the direction and trend of the development of mine filling.The sedimentation and concentration technology of the unclassified tailings has a direct impact on the efficiency of the paste process,the quality of the paste slurry and the production cost.Based on the overview of process characteristics of the deep cone thickener,this paper detailly introduces the application and improvement of paste filling process with deep cone thickener in a domestic copper mine.Aiming at the problems such as instability of tailings slurry feeding parameters(tailings particle size and mass concentration)and discontinuous filling,the cyclone is added to control the feeding parameters and the deep cone thickener feeding rule of“control firstly,adjust secondly and stabilize thirdly”is adopted in the production.And with the help of digital and intelligent technologies,paste filling process with deep cone thickener in a domestic copper mine is realized.The underflow concentration of the deep-cone thickener reaches 72%-76%,the filling slurry concentration is controlled at 74%-76%,and the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength of the backfilling body with cement-sand ratio of 1∶4 reaches more than 5 MPa.
