摘　　要：医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)是医院感染控制的重要部门。目前,压力蒸汽灭菌是耐湿耐热的医疗器械首选的灭菌方式,而湿包是灭菌过程中需要解决的最复杂、耗时的问题之一,也是CSSD质量控制的关键环节。近年来受多方面因素影响,湿包的问题仍没有得到有效的解决,仍是医院消毒灭菌处理过程中常见的问题。本研究从经压力蒸汽灭菌后湿包的概念和判断标准入手,对设备因素、器械因素、包装因素、灭菌因素、不确定饮食等造成湿包形成的原因进行分析,总结出加强专业人员培训,强化专业技能、运用管理工具,创新管理方法、以新技术提高灭菌质量、规范包装方式、定期预防性维护、制定相应的紧急预案等多方面的针对性湿包管理方式和处理对策,旨在为在实际工作应用提出建议和展望。Objective The central sterile supply department(CSSD)was an important department in hospital infection control.At present,pressure steam sterilization was the preferred sterilization method for medical instruments those with moisture and heat resistance,and wet lapping was one of the most complex and time-consuming problems to be solved in the process of sterilization,and it was also the key link of CSSD quality control.Affected by various factors in recent years,the problem of wet bale has not been effectively solved and was still a common problem in the process of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals.So,this article summarizes starts with the concept and criterion of wet bale after pressure steam sterilization.The causes of wet package formation caused by equipment factors,instrument factors,packaging factors,sterilization factors,uncertain factors and so on were analyzed.The paper summarizes the specific wet package management methods and countermeasures such as strengthening professional personnel training,strengthening professional skills,using management tools,innovating management methods,improving sterilization quality with new technologies,standardizing packaging methods,regular preventive maintenance,and formulating corresponding emergency plans,and aimed at puts forward suggestions and prospects for practical work.
