摘  要:考虑序进应力试验和恒定应力试验之间的等效性问题,提出一种按照“序进-恒定-序进”应力顺序对样品施加电压的混合应力试验方法,并结合威布尔(Weibull)统计分析对XLPE薄片样品的电压耐受指数进行评估。结果表明:混合应力试验计算得到的电压耐受指数n为16.11,与恒定应力试验评估的n偏差为5.36%,且总评估时间比后者缩短了98.04%,证明该方法可以有效对XLPE绝缘的电压耐受指数进行评估。Considering the equivalence between sequential stress test and constant stress test, we proposed a mixed stress test method that the sample was applied voltage in the order of sequential advance stress-constant stresssequential advance stress, and then the voltage withstand index n of XLPE flake sample was evaluated by this method combined with Weibull statistical analysis. The results show that the voltage tolerance index n calculated by the mixed stress test is 16.11, the deviation between it and the n evaluated by the constant stress test is 5.36%,and its total evaluation time is shortened by 98.04% than that of the constant stress test, which proves that this method can evaluate the voltage withstand index of XLPE insulation effectively.
