摘 要:基于油纸绝缘的新型等效拓扑结构——混联模型,提取了多种模型特征参数,从而对油纸绝缘含水率进行定量评估。首先,利用油纸绝缘设备的实测频域介电谱,基于参数吻合度确定混联模型的极化支路取值范围;然后,结合实验与实测数据对比了混联模型和扩展德拜(Debye)模型在反映油纸绝缘受潮信息的差异;最后,基于混联模型研究了油纸绝缘含水率对不同支路参数的影响规律,建立了各参数与油纸绝缘受潮状态的定量关系式。结果表明:极化支路总数为5~7时模型参数的辨识效果较好;混联模型能够更加准确表达油纸绝缘系统的介电响应信息;所提取的模型特征参数可初步实现对绝缘纸含水率的定量评估。On the basis of a new equivalent topology of oil-paper insulation—hybrid model, a variety of model characteristic parameters were extracted to realize the quantitative evaluation of water content in oil-paper insulation. At first, the polarization branch value range of the hybrid model was determined on the basis of parameter coincidence degree by using the measured frequency domain spectrum of oil-paper insulation equipment. And then, the difference between the hybrid model and extended Debye model in reflecting the damp information of oil-paper insulation was compared combined the experimental data and measured data. At last, the effects of water content in oil-paper insulation on the different branch parameters were studied on the basis of hybrid model, and the quantitative relation expression between the parameters and the damp state of oil-paper insulation were established. The results show that when the total number of polarization branch is 5-7, the identification effect of model parameter is better. The hybrid model can express the dielectric response information of oil-paper insulation system more accurately. The extracted model characteristic parameters can realize the quantitative evaluation of water content in insulating paper preliminarily.
