摘  要:目的:对“糖尿病诊疗适宜技术培训”策略进行成本效果分析。方法:根据糖尿病自然史构建Markov模型,以一年为1个周期,测算20个周期内不同健康状态的概率、QALY值和成本投入,计算培训策略的增量成本效果比,评价其经济性。结果:干预组累计成本为140046.99元,累计效果为7.56个QALYs;未干预组的累计成本为161446.31元,累计效果为6.98个QALYs;干预组增量成本效果比为-36895.38元/QALY。结论:“糖尿病诊疗适宜技术培训”策略不但节省了全社会的糖尿病直接医疗费用,而且延长了糖尿病患者的健康寿命,具有显著的经济学优势。Objective To evaluate cost-effectiveness of training of appropriate technologies for managing diabetes.Methods According to the natural history of diabetes,the Markov model was constructed,and one year was used as a cycle to measure the probability,QALY value and cost input of different health states in 20 cycles,and calculated the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of the training strategy and evaluated its economy.Results The cumulative cost of the intervention group was 140046.99 yuan,and the cumulative effect was 7.56 QALYs.The cumulative cost of the non-intervention group was 161446.31 yuan,and the cumulative effect was 6.98 QALYs.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of the intervention group was-36895.38 yuan/QALY.Conclusions The strategy of training of appropriate technologies for managing diabetes not only saves the direct medical costs of diabetes,but also prolongs the healthy life of diabetic patients,which has significant economic advantages.
