摘 要:“十三五”期间,我国民营医院数量快速增加,从2015年14518家增加至2019年22424家,民营医院床位数、卫生技术人员数也快速增长,服务能力显著提升;同时,民营医院缺乏核心竞争力、人才流失严重、扶持政策保障落实不到位,公立医院优质资源扩容不断制约民营医院的发展。对此,提出民营医院发展的路径优化建议:提供追求价值导向型医疗服务,塑造良好的品牌形象,加强人才队伍建设,补齐发展“短板”,落实扶持政策,优化发展环境,促进民营医院规范化高质量发展。During the"13th Five-Year Plan",the number of private hospitals in China increased rapidly,from 14,518 in 2015 to 22,424 in 2019.The number of beds and health technicians in private hospitals also increased rapidly,and service ability was significantly improved.The lack of core competitiveness,huge out-flow of medical workforce,inadequate implementation of supporting policies,and the expansion of high-quality resources in public hospitals continued to restrict the development of private hospitals.This study suggested that private hospitals should provide value-oriented medical services,build a good brand image,strengthen the construction of medical workforce,and make up for the shortcoming.In addition,government should implement supporting policies and optimize the development environment to promote standardized high-quality development of private hospitals.
