摘 要:基于SFIC模型,围绕起始条件、催化领导、制度设计、协同过程四个维度,全面剖析我国医联体协同困境,进而提出协同路径:以公益价值为导向,强化协同起始条件;激发和培育多元主体,发挥催化领导力;构建系统完备的政策体系,完善制度设计;运用多样化手段,优化协同过程。Aiming at the problem that the synergy of the medical alliance in China is not significant at present,based on the SFIC model,this paper comprehensively analyzed the collaborative dilemma around the four dimensions of starting conditions,facilitative leadership,institutional design and collaborative process,and then put forward the collaborative path of the medical alliance:strengthening the collaborative starting conditions guided by public welfare value,stimulating and cultivating multiple subjects and giving full play to facilitative leadership,building a systematic policy system to improve the system design,using diversified means to optimize the collaborative process.
