摘　　要：梳理某三甲医院5543个医疗服务项目,筛选出526项不计价及打包收费耗材,研究其消耗数量和结构,并提出改进建议,建立更加科学合理的耗材成本考核方式,利用集中带量采购的优势降低耗材成本,逐步把打包收费耗材从医疗服务项目价格中分离出来。By combing 5543 kinds of medical service items,526 non-priced and packaged charging consumables were selected.The consumption quantity and consumption structure of non-priced and packaged charging consumables in a third-class hospital were studied.The results showed that the non-priced and packaged charging consumables of anesthesiology department accounted for the highest proportion of such consumables in the whole hospital,reaching 29.73%.The non-priced and packaged consumables in Medical imaging center,gastroenterology department,PET center,general surgery and radiotherapy department are relatively single,and the main non-priced and packaged charging consumables accounted for more than 80%.It is suggested to establish a more scientific and reasonable cost assessment method for consumables,make use of the advantages of centralized volume procurement,further reduce the cost of consumables,and gradually separate packaged consumables from the price of medical services.
