摘  要:随着电力市场的不断发展,建立符合市场需要的客户服务体系变得尤为重要。本文探讨了现有在线客服系统的应用功能和技术缺陷,指出了现有在线客服系统存在功能单一、各模块相互分离等问题。针对存在问题,提出了利用J2EE框架、MVC模式、MySQL数据库搭建功能完善、规范化的在线客服系统的设计思路。结合J2EE的技术特点和优势,开展了在线客服系统的需求分析、总体设计及详细设计工作。通过贵州电网在线客服系统功能界面开发,并对在线客服系统进行了系统测试,其测试结果验证了本文设计的在线客服系统可以正常运行,并且符合需求分析的各项功能要求。该系统不仅能够处理各项在线服务,例如业务受理、客户咨询、帮助等,还能实现后台数据实时监测、客服管理等功能,能够进一步规范和提升电网公司的管理和服务水平。With the development of the power market,it is very important to establish the customer service system to meet the needs of the market.This paper discusses the application functions and technical defects of the existing on-line customer service system,and points out that the existing on-line customer service system has the problems of single function and separation of each module.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the design idea of using J2EE frame,MVC pattern,MySQL database to build a perfect and standardized on-line customer service system.Combined with the technical characteristics and advantages of J2EE,the requirement analysis,overall design and detailed design of online customer service system are carried out.Through the development of the function interface of the online customer service system of Guizhou Power Grid,the online customer service system is tested,and the test results verify that the online customer service system designed in this paper can run normally,and in line with the functional requirements of the requirements analysis.The system can not only handle various online services,such as business acceptance,customer consultation,help and so on,but also realize real-time monitoring of background data,customer service management and other functions,to further standardize and enhance the management and service level of power grid companies.
