摘  要:作为高分子材料方向的重要实验教学内容,加工成型实验是各高校材料专业实践教学的重要课程之一。随着实验教学要求的日益提高,传统的加工成型实验已经不能满足复合型工程人才的培养要求。通过在现有实验项目“聚合物基纳米复合材料挤出成型”的基础上,引入已有的大型测试设备流变仪,对加工成型全过程原料及样品的流变性能进行精细化表征,从而提高了加工成型实验的理论深度和教学效果,为加工成型教学实验的进一步改革完善提供了新思路。As an important experimental teaching content of polymer materials,processing molding experiment is one of the important courses in practical teaching of material specialty in colleges and universities.With the increasing requirements of experimental teaching,the traditional processing and molding experiments can not meet the training requirements of compound engineering talents.In this paper,on the basis of the existing experimental project of“extrusion molding of polymer-based nanocomposites”,we introduce the rheometer,a large-scale testing equipment,in which the rheological properties of raw materials and samples in the whole process of processing and forming are characterized in detail,which can improve the theoretical depth and teaching effect of processing and forming experiment.This paper can provide a new idea for the further reform and perfection of the teaching experiment of processing molding.
