摘 要:针对长封段固井要求及后期进一步提高固井质量目的,常采用超低密度油气井水泥浆来封固.为满足超低密度油气井水泥浆技术要求,只能选用价格昂贵、优质的减轻材料进行配制,但水泥浆又普遍存在强度尤其是早期强度偏低、基材比例较高等问题.为此,本文选用一种平均粒径细、早期强度高的1^(#)G级油井水泥为原料,优选膨胀珍珠岩为减轻材料,与粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰等掺合料进行复配,同时采用合适油井水泥外加剂优化浆体性能,进而制备出一种高强度、低碳、低成本的超低密度(1.16 g/cm^(3))油气井水泥浆,并对水泥浆性能进行测试.结果表明,该体系水泥浆具有浆体强度高、沉降稳定性好、流动性好、稠化时间可调、失水量低等优异性能,各项技术指标均符合西北各油田项目部要求,并已在油田工程成功应用.In view of the cementing requirements of long sealing section and the purpose of further improving the cementing quality in the later stage,ultra-low density oil and gas well cement slurry is often used to seal.In order to meet the technical requirements of cement slurry for ultra-low density oil and gas well,only expensive and high-quality mitigation materials can be selected for preparation,but the strength of cement slurry is generally low,especially in the early stage,and the proportion of base materials is high.In this paper,a kind of 1^(#)G-grade oil well cement with fine average particle size and high early strength is selected as the raw material,and expanded perlite is preferred as the mitigation material.It is compounded with fly ash,mineral powder,micro silicon and other admixtures.At the same time,appropriate oil well cement additives are used to optimize the slurry performance,so as to prepare a 1.16 g/cm3 ultra-low density oil and gas well cement slurry with high strength,low carbon and low cost.The performance of cement slurry was tested.The results showed that the system cement slurry has excellent properties such as high slurry strength,good settlement stability,good fluidity,adjustable thickening time and low water loss.All technical indexes meet the requirements of the project departments of Northwest oil fields,and have been successfully applied in Oilfield Engineering.
