摘　　要：600 MW示范快堆工程(CFR600)是我国首个示范快堆工程,从设计、采购、制造、施工和调试等各环节均属国内首次,不确定性和风险较大。因此有必要研究项目实施过程由于“首堆单台”因素对工程造价的影响,并提出相应措施。结果表明,“首堆单台”对工程造价影响的因素包括工期、“三新”(新设备、新设计、新厂家)以及“冗余和包络”。“首堆单台”因素对示范快堆工程造价各项费用科目均有影响。通过优化工程管理方法和流程、加强设计代表与施工现场沟通、充分利用良好经验反馈,可以减少“首堆单台”因素对工程造价的影响,从而节约成本,提高项目经济性。China Fast Reactor 600(CFR600)is the first demonstration fast reactor project in China.Its design,procurement,manufacturing,construction and commissioning were implemented for the first time,resulting in uncertainties and risks.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate their impact on project costs and put forward corresponding measures.Results showed that the influence of“FOAK&Single Unit Layout”on project costs came from factors including the delayed construction schedule,innovated equipment and design,new supplier,redundancy and surplus.These factors impose impact on respective contents of project costs.Optimizing project management and process,strengthening communication between design representatives and staff on construction sites and fully utilizing experience feedback could alleviate the impact of“FOAK&Single Unit Layout”on project costs,saving costs and improving the economy of this project.
