摘  要:目前核电厂燃料组件在线啜漏设备主要通过固体源^(133)Ba的81 keV能量峰来进行设备的道飘检查,并且根据放射源的出厂活度及计数率反推该探头的可靠性。但是由于将在线啜漏设备第一次测量的标准放射源的计数率作为初始计数率,后续每次开展在线啜漏设备预检时以该数据作为原始数据,利用放射源的衰变规律计算预检时的理论计数率,以此判断燃料组件在线啜漏设备的可靠性。另外^(133)Ba放射源是固体源,其体积与实际测量的气体不一致,测量状态也不一致,因此无法实现在线啜漏设备的定量标定和模拟验证真实状态下设备的可靠性。本文阐述了采用放射性气体取样装置,通过已知放射性活度的^(133)Xe气体实现对在线啜漏设备相应回路的检查和标定。经过燃料组件在线啜漏设备对已知活度的^(133)Xe和本底的测量,计算出了燃料组件在线啜漏装置的校正系数、检出限,进而能够实现在线啜漏设备对^(133)Xe气体的定量分析,同时根据所进算出的检出限,可进一步为判断燃料组件是否存在缺陷提供依据。At present,the online leakage equipment of the fuel assembly in nuclear power plant mainly uses the 81 keV energy peak of the solid source ^(133)Ba to carry out the drift inspection of the equipment,and the reliability of the probe is reversed according to the factory activity and the count rate of the radioactive source.However,since the count rate of the standard radioactive source measured by the online leaking device for the first time is used as the initial count rate,this data is used as the original data for each subsequent pre-inspection of the online leaking device,and the decay law of the radioactive source is used to calculate the forecast.The theoretical count rate during inspection is used to judge the reliability of the fuel assembly online leaking equipment.In addition,the ^(133)Ba radioactive source is a solid source,and its volume is inconsistent with the actual measured gas,and the measurement state is also inconsistent.Therefore,the online leaking equipment cannot be realized.The quantitative calibration and simulation verify the reliability of the equipment under real conditions.This article describes the use of a radioactive gas sampling device to check and calibrate the corresponding loop of the online leaking equipment through ^(133)Xe gas with a known activity.After measuring the known activity of ^(133)Xe and the background by the fuel assembly online leaking equipment,the correction coefficient and the detection limit of the fuel assembly online leaking device are calculated,which can realize the quantitative analysis of ^(133)Xe gas by the online leaking equipment.At the same time,according to the calculated detection limit,it can further provide a basis for judging whether the fuel assembly has defects.
