摘 要:本文分析了工业互联网平台在核电应用的具体背景,阐述了建设和发展工业互联网的意义。本文针对工业互联网的选型与建设问题、工业互联网的安全问题进行了翔实的分析,并结合工业互联网的实施提出了解决方案。本文分析了核电企业建设工业互联网的客观条件,包括开展工业互联网建设的基础设施、信息化管理基础、设备管理提升的强烈需求等三个方面;提出以设备的机械故障、电气故障、仪表故障在线监测等为基础,作为建设工业互联网的切入点,从而实现连续在线监测监控设备运行数据、缩短设备定期检测周期。本文分析和梳理了核电企业建设工业互联网的应用场景,包括核电全寿期实体对象知识图谱、大修模拟仿真平台、移动维修操作及业务管控平台等典型应用。The paper analyzes the specific background of the industrial Internet platform in nuclear power application,and expounds the significance of building and developing the industrial Internet.The article makes a detailed analysis for the selection,construction and security of the industrial Internet,and proposes solutions in conjunction with the implementation of the industrial Internet.The article analyzes the objective conditions for nuclear power companies to build industrial Internet,including three aspects:infrastructure for industrial Internet construction,information management foundation,and strong demand for equipment management improvement.Based on the online monitoring of mechanical failures,electrical failures,and instrument failures of equipment,it is proposed as an entry point for the construction of the industrial Internet,so as to achieve continuous online monitoring of equipment operating data and shorten the period of equipment periodic inspection.The article analyzes and sorts out the application scenarios of nuclear power enterprises in the construction of the industrial Internet,including typical applications such as the knowledge graph of nuclear power entities throughout the life cycle,outage simulation platform,mobile maintenance operation and business control platform.
