摘 要:近年来,水体中频繁检出的抗生素、全氟化合物和微塑料等化学品已经成为一类不可忽视的新污染,给饮用水安全带来潜在风险和巨大挑战.国家"十四五规划"中已明确提出了"重视新污染物治理"的工作部署,而新污染物治理作为饮用水源污染防控的重要新领域,目前缺乏切实有效的防控技术与治理手段.通过梳理国内外涉及饮用水新污染物的政策与行动计划发展情况,分析新污染物相关研究和技术的发展态势,总结本领域的发展目标和重点任务,提炼出前沿科学问题和关键技术,为应对新污染物所带来的饮用水安全保障新挑战提供参考.Emerging contaminants such as antibiotics,per-fluorinated compounds,micro plastics are frequently detected in water resource?and they have become a intensive pollution which brings potential risks and great challenges to the safety of drinking water.The national“14th five years plan”has clearly put forward the work deployment of“paying attention to the treatment of new pollutants”.However,as an important new field of drinking water source pollution prevention and control,the treatment of emerging contaminants lacks of practical and effective prevention and control technologies and treatment means.This paper combs the development of policies and action plans involving emerging contaminants in drinking water both at home and abroad,analyzes the development trend of research and technology related to new pollutants,summarizes the development objectives and key tasks in this field,and extracts cutting-edge scientific problems and key technologies.It is expected to provide a guidance for dealing with the new challenges of drinking water safety caused by emerging contaminates.
