不同计算模型下可倾瓦轴承的静动特性分析

摘  要:建立考虑紊流和温升的可倾瓦轴承计算模型,利用不同计算模型对开槽六瓦可倾轴承进行静动特性计算。静态性能主要包括功耗、流量及最小油膜厚度等;动态性能主要包括刚度系数、阻尼系数、综合刚度及涡动比。结果表明:紊流模型相比层流模型,功耗、摩擦阻力及最小油膜厚度都有不同程度的增大,偏心率、流量、垂直主刚度和稳定性判据值都有不同程度的减小,特别是层流流量相比紊流流量大25%,紊流模型下的轴承稳定性降低;非等温模型相比等温模型,功耗、摩擦阻力、最小油膜厚度、主阻尼减小,主刚度和稳定性判据值(涡动比)增大,非等温模型下的轴承稳定性相对较高;计入热弹变形模型相比不计热弹变形模型,流量、最小油膜厚度、主刚度和主阻尼、油膜综合刚度等都增大,功耗、摩擦阻力降低,特别是最小油膜厚度变化较大,最小油膜厚度最大误差为30%。The calculation model of tilting pad bearing considering turbulence and temperature rise is established,and the static and dynamic characteristics of slotted six-pad tilting pad bearing are calculated by using different calculation models.Static performance mainly includes power consumption,flow and minimum oil film thickness;dynamic performance mainly includes stiffness coefficient,damping coefficient,comprehensive stiffness and whirl ratio.The results show that,compared with the laminar flow model,the turbulent model has different degrees of increase in power consumption,friction resistance and minimum oil film thickness,and different degrees of decrease ineccentricity,flow,vertical principal stiffness and stability criteria.In particular,the laminar flow is 25% larger than the turbulent flow,and the bearing stability under the turbulent model is reduced.Compared with the isothermal model,the non-isothermal model has a decrease in power consumption,friction resistance,minimum oil film thickness and main damping,and an increase in principal stiffness and stability criteria(whirl ratio),and the bearing stability under the non-isothermal model is relatively high.Compared with thermoelastic deformation excluded model,the thermoelastic deformation included model has an increase in flow,minimum oil film thickness,principal stiffness,main damping and comprehensive oil film stiffness,and a decrease in power consumption and friction resistance.In particular,the minimum oil film thickness changes greatly,and the maximum error of the minimum oil film thickness is 30%.
