摘 要:在传统推土机性能参数匹配方法的基础上,结合电传动推土机动力源和牵引电机的特性,探讨发动机与永磁同步发电机、柴电系统与牵引电机,以及牵引电机与外载荷的参数匹配方法。提出以角功率为核心的计算方法对牵引电机相关参数进行匹配计算,并搭建AMESim系统仿真模型,对采用该方法进行参数匹配后的整机工况做仿真分析。研究结果表明:采用以角功率为核心的计算方法确定参数的电动推土机,铲运土工况下牵引电机工作点集中分布在98.2%~98.6%高效区域内,回驶工况下牵引电机运行效率在89%~95%之间,参数匹配设计结果合理。Based on the performance parameter matching method of traditional dozer,combined with the characteristics of power source and traction motor of electric drive dozer,the parameter matching methods of engine and permanent magnet synchronous generator,diesel-electric system and traction motor,as well as traction motor and external load are discussed.A calculation method with angular power as the core is proposed to carry out matching calculation of the relevant parameters of traction motor,and the AMESim system simulation model is built to simulate and analyze the working conditions of the whole machine after parameter matching by this method.The research results show that,for the electric dozer whose parameters are determined by the calculation method with angular power as the core,the operating points of the traction motor are concentrated in the high-efficiency area of 98.2% to98.6% under the shoveling condition,the operating efficiency of the traction motor is between 89% and 95% under the driving condition,and the result of parameter matching design is reasonable.
