摘  要:为给某流动土项目所使用的4500型搅拌设备选配合适的电机,需要先获取其搅拌功率。采用试验方法测量搅拌功率,成本较高,因此提出通过EDEM仿真预测搅拌功率的方法。基于某60型单轴搅拌机和400型双卧轴搅拌机的试验平台进行流动土试验,得到影响搅拌功率的相关因素和规律,并使用EDEM软件进行功率仿真,验证仿真的可行性。最终,通过对4500型搅拌设备进行仿真计算,成功获取搅拌流动土所需的功率,为电机选型提供了有价值的参考。In order to select a suitable motor for the model 4500 mixing equipment used in a flowing soil project,it is necessary to obtain its mixing power first.The experimental method is used to measure the mixing power,and the cost is high.Therefore,a method of predicting the mixing power through EDEM simulation is proposed.Based on the test platform of a model 60 single-shaft mixer and a model 400 double-horizontal-shaft mixer,the flowing soil test is carried out,the relevant factors and laws affecting the mixing power are obtained,and the power simulation is performed by using software EDEM to verify the feasibility of the simulation.Finally,through the simulation and calculation of model 4500 mixing equipment,the power required for mixing flowing soil is successfully obtained,which provides a valuable reference for motor selection.
