摘 要:针对某型轮式装载机摇臂变形故障,通过对故障件相关尺寸进行测量,对摇臂工况及受力进行分析,基于Creo和ANSYS Workbench对摇臂模型进行有限元分析,找到摇臂变形的原因,提出摇臂改进方案。通过分析对比,选择对整机性能影响小且比较经济的方案,即增强摇臂中销下部截面。改进后摇臂有限元分析结果显示,安全系数提升22.4%。改进后摇臂经市场应用验证,无变形或断裂故障发生。In view of the deformation fault of the arm of a wheeled loader,by measuring the relevant dimensions of the faulty parts,the working conditions and stress of the arm are analyzed,the finite element analysis of the rocker arm model is carried out based on Creo and ANSYS Workbench,the causes of the deformation of the arm are found,and the improvement plan of the arm is proposed.Through analysis and comparison,a more economical plan with little impact on the performance of whole machine is selected,that is,to strengthen the lower section of the middle pin of the arm.The finite element analysis results of the improved arm show that the safety factor is increased by 22.4%.The improved arm has been verified by market application,and there is no deformation or fracture fault.
