摘  要:重型机械所用结构件种类繁多,基本采用手工电弧焊、二氧化碳保护焊、氩弧焊及埋弧自动焊等方式来进行焊接操作。由于结构件本身的焊接难度系数、焊接工艺和焊接装备的差异,导致焊接质量得不到充分保证。就中厚板结构件焊接过程中经常出现的缺陷、检测方法、焊接变形及矫正、焊后处理手段进行简要说明,为焊接质量检验及焊接操作提供参考。There are many kinds of structural parts used in heavy machinery,and the welding operations are basically carried out by manual arc welding,carbon dioxide shielded welding,argon arc welding and automatic submerged arc welding.Due to the differences in welding difficulty,welding process and welding equipment of the structural parts,the welding quality cannot be fully guaranteed.The frequent defects,detection methods,welding deformation and correction,and post-weld treatment methods in the welding process of medium and heavy plate structural parts are briefly described,which provides a reference for welding quality inspection and welding operations.
