摘 要:目的研究基于MR图像的纹理分析技术在颅内孤立性纤维性肿瘤(SFT)与血管瘤型脑膜瘤(hemangiomatous meningioma,AM)的术前鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年10月—2021年10月河南省人民医院收治的20例AM患者作为参照组,取同期收治的SFT患者20例作为研究组,两组均以MR图像纹理分析技术开展术前颅脑检查,总结分析诊断结果。结果T;WI、T;CE以及ADC图像方面,研究组的各项最大值、最小值、均值以及中位数与参照组对比均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T;CE图像方面,研究组标准差值明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在T;WI、T;CE图像方面,研究组的峰度值、偏度值相较于参照组均明显增高,P<0.05;研究组的梯度偏度绝对值、直方图方差值高于参照组,而共生矩阵自相关参数值明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于MRI图像纹理分析技术可以提供全面的量化信息,从而为SFT和AM的诊断鉴别提供可靠的参考依据,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical application value of texture analysis based on MR image in the preoperative differential diagnosis of intracranial fibrous tumor/hemangiopericytoma(SFT)and hemangiomatous meningioma(AM).Methods Totally 20 AM patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the reference group,and 20 SFT/HPC patients admitted during the same period were selected as the study group.Preoperative craniocerebral examination was performed by MR image texture analysis technology in both groups,and the diagnostic results were summarized and analyzed.Results The maximum,minimum,mean and median values of T;WI,T;CE and ADC images in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of T;CE images,the standard deviation of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).In terms of T;WI and T;CE images,kurtosis and skewness of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The absolute value of gradient skewness and histogram variance of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,while the autocorrelation parameters of the co-occurrence matrix were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI image texture analysis technology can provide comprehensive quantitative information,thus providing a reliable reference for the diagnosis and differentiation of SFT and AM,which is worth promoting.
