摘  要:目的高频震荡通气疗法对于早期急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者血气指标与生活质量的影响研究。方法收集43例2019年2月—2021年2月新乡市中心医院收治的早期急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,首先应用常规治疗,然后开展高频震荡通气治疗,对比高频震荡通气治疗前后患者的血气指标与生活质量变化。结果治疗后患者的血氧分压(PaO_(2))、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)指标水平较治疗前均明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、氧指数以及分流分数三项指标参数与治疗前相比则明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后患者的各项生活质量评分较治疗前均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频震荡通气疗法用于早期急性呼吸窘迫综合征治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者的氧合与血气指标,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of high frequency concussion ventilation on blood gas index and quality of life in patients with early acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 43 patients with early acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected.The patients were first treated with routine treatment and then treated with high-frequency concussion ventilation.The changes of blood gas indexes and quality of life(QOL)before and after high-frequency concussion ventilation were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of PaO_(2)and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)were significantly higher than those after treatment(P<0.05).PaCO_(2),oxygen index and shunt score were significantly lower than those before treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,the quality of life scores of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion High frequency concussion ventilation therapy is effective in the treatment of early acute respiratory distress syndrome.It can effectively improve the oxygenation and blood gas indexes of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing.
