摘 要:采用田间小区试验,以不施有机物料为对照,研究泥炭与褐煤组合配施对玉米根系生长、产量及根际土壤氮硫的影响。结果表明,泥炭与褐煤组合配施的玉米根系长度、根系体积、根系干重、穗粗、穗长和百粒重分别比对照显著升高了15.25%、43.42%、75.56%、2.55%、6.18%和10.45%,秃尖长比对照显著降低了44.14%;泥炭与褐煤组合配施的玉米籽粒产量平均为12649.91 kg/hm^(2),比对照显著增加了19.22%;泥炭与褐煤组合配施的根际土壤碱解氮和有效硫分别比对照显著升高了51.22%和22.20%;玉米籽粒产量与根际土壤碱解氮和有效硫均呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.981和0.920。综上所述,泥炭与褐煤组合配施显著促进玉米壮根,达到增产与提高根际土壤肥力的效果。The effects of combined application of peat and lignite on root growth and yield of maize and soil nitrogen and sulfur in rhizosphere were studied by a field plot experiment with none organic materials as control.The results showed that compared with the control,the root length,root volume,root dry weight,ear diameter,ear length and hundred grain weight of maize increased by 15.25%,43.42%,75.56%,2.55%,6.18% and 10.45%,respectively,and the bare tip length significantly decreased by 44.14%.The average grain yield of maize in the treatment was 12649.91 kg/hm^(2),which was 19.22% higher than that of the control.The alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and available sulfur contents in rhizosphere soil significantly increased by 51.22% and 22.20% compared with the control,respectively.The correlation coefficients of 0.981 and 0.920 indicated significant positive correlation between maize grain yield and soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and available sulfur in rhizosphere.In conclusion,the combined application of peat and lignite significantly promoted maize root,increased yield and improved rhizosphere soil fertility.
