摘　　要：化疗是恶性肿瘤最主要的治疗手段之一,产生的不良反应影响了化疗进程和治疗效果。不良反应包括胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、周围神经病变及睡眠障碍,需要消除或减轻不良反应使化疗达到最佳效果。本文对肿瘤化疗后不良反应的国内外文献进行归纳总结,综述各类不良反应发病机制、针药联合治疗的机制以及中西医治疗进展,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Chemotherapy is one of the most important treatments for malignant tumors,but the chemotherapy related adverse reactions affects the therapeutic process and efficacy.Adverse reactions include gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression,peripheral neuropathy and sleep disorders,and it is necessary to eliminate or reduce adverse reactions to achieve the best efficacy of chemotherapy.This study summarized the domestic and foreign literatures on adverse reactions after tumor chemotherapy,sumed up the pathogenesis of various adverse reactions,the mechanism of acupuncture combined with medicine treatment and the progress on integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
