摘　　要：经济毒性已成为影响癌症患者身心健康的重要因素之一。本文对癌症患者经济毒性的研究现状进行综述,包括经济毒性概念、评估工具、国内外研究现状、影响因素以及管理策略,以期引起医护人员对癌症患者经济毒性的关注,为国内开展经济毒性相关研究提供参考依据。Financial toxicity has become one of the important factors affecting the physical and mental health of cancer patients.This study reviewed the research status of financial toxicity of cancer patients,including the concept of financial toxicity,evaluation tools,research status at home and abroad,influencing factors and management strategies,in order to attract the attention of medical staffs on the financial toxicity of cancer patients,and provide reference for the researches related to financial toxicity in China.
