摘 要:采用过量溶液浸渍法,以硝酸镧为改性剂,对SAPO-11分子筛进行了稀土改性。结果表明:与未改性SAPO-11分子筛相比,改性后La/SAPO-11分子筛颗粒完整,具有较高的结晶度,介孔比表面积和介孔孔体积均增加,水热稳定性明显改善;在分子筛加入质量分数为6%的条件下,与ZSM-5分子筛相比,在La/SAPO-11(负载La质量分数为4%)分子筛制备的催化裂化(FCC)催化剂生产的产物中,汽油收率(质量分数,下同)与轻质油收率分别提高了0.34,0.24个百分点,汽油研究法辛烷值增加了0.5个单位;由该分子筛制备的FCC催化剂催化性能提高,异构化性能明显增强。SAPO-11 molecular sieve was modified with rare earth elements by excess solution impregnation method with lanthanum nitrate as modifier.The results showed that compared with unmodified SAPO-11 molecular sieve,the modified La/SAPO-11 molecular sieve had showed more complete particles and higher crystallinity,higher mesoporous specific surface area and mesoporous volume,and its hydrothermal stability was significantly improved.Compared with catalyst prepared with ZSM-5 molecular sieve,the gasoline yield and light oil yield of the fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst prepared by La/SAPO-11(La load mass fraction of 4%)molecular sieve,had increased by 0.34 and 0.24 percentage points respectively,and the RON had increased by 0.5 units when the mass fraction of both mentioned molecular sieves in catalysts was 6%.The FCC catalyst containing the modified above prepared molecular sieve had exhibited higher catalytic performance and better isomerization performance.
