摘  要:总结了近几年来国内外关于提高加成型液体硅橡胶对基材黏结性能的研究工作,主要包括对基材进行表面处理、在聚有机硅氧烷分子链中引入功能性基团、加入含功能性基团的黏结促进剂,以及在橡胶与基材之间添加底涂剂层,并分析了各类方法的利弊。此外,也指出了未来加成型液体硅橡胶黏结性能研究的发展方向为开发各种功能性的黏结促进剂。The research on improving the adhesive property of addition-type liquid silicone rubber to the substrate at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed with 28 references,and those researches mainly included surface treatment of the substrate,introducing functional groups into the polyorganosiloxane molecular chain,adding adhesion promoter containing functional groups,and adding primer coat layer between the rubber and the substrate,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were also analyzed.What′s more,it was pointed out that the development direction of the research on the adhesion performance of addition-type liquid silicone rubber in the future was the development of various functional adhesion promoters.
