摘 要:为了改善再生混凝土集料(Recycled Concrete Aggregate,RCA)温拌沥青混合料的性能,通过双涂层技术(Double Coating Technology,DCT)对再生混凝土集料进行处理,采用间接拉伸试验、冻融劈裂试验和间接抗拉劲度模量试验,对40%RCA,20%、40%、60%的双涂层再生混凝土集料(DCRCA)和100%天然集料沥青混合料的力学性能和水稳性能进行研究,分析了双涂层技术在再生混凝土集料温拌沥青路面中的可行性。结果表明:DCT降低了再生集料的吸水率和压碎值,提高了温拌沥青混合料的强度和抗剥落性能;DCRCA温拌沥青混合料具有更好的水稳定性和更大的劲度模量;当DCRCA掺量为40%时,DCRCA温拌沥青混合料的劲度模量最大,且比RCA温拌沥青混合料和天然集料温拌沥青混合料具有更高的稳定度和更大的间接拉伸强度,各项力学性能和耐久性得到改善。To improve the performance of Recycled Concrete Aggregate(RCA) warm mix asphalt mixtures,recycled concrete aggregate was treated by Double Coating Technology(DCT).The indirect tensile test,freeze-thaw splitting test and indirect tensile stiffness modulus test were carried out to compare the mechanical and water stability properties of mixtures with RCA content of 40%,mixtures with double coated recycled concrete aggregate(DCRCA) content of 20%,40% and 60% respectively,and 100% natural aggregate asphalt mixture.The feasibility of double coating technology in recycled concrete aggregate warm mix asphalt pavement was analyzed.The results show that DCT reduces the water absorption and crushing value of recycled aggregates and improves the strength and anti-stripping performance of warm-mix asphalt mixture;DCRCA warm-mix asphalt mixture have better water stability and higher modulus of stiffness;when the DCRCA content is 40%,the stiffness modulus of DCRCA warm-mix asphalt mixture is the largest,and it has the higher stability and the greater indirect tensile strength than RCA warm-mix asphalt mixture and natural aggregate warm-mix asphalt mixture.Various mechanical properties and durability are improved.
