摘　　要：随着装配式建筑的不断发展,其质量问题也备受关注。本研究经过查阅文献和问卷调查的方式选取了11个影响装配式建筑质量的关键因素,基于解释结构模型(ISM),对影响装配式质量关键要素之间关系进行分析,构建质量结构模型并进行层级分析,进而对装配式建筑质量提出针对性建议。研究结果表明:预制构件运输、储存情况和施工规范程度直接影响装配式建筑质量;而机械设备、图纸会审等因素间接影响装配式建筑质量,影响相对较小。With the continuous development of prefabricated buildings,their quality problems have at⁃tracted much attention.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,this study selects 11 key fac⁃tors affecting the quality of prefabricated buildings,analyzes the relationship between the key factors af⁃fecting the quality of prefabricated buildings based on the interpretative structure model(ISM),con⁃structs the quality structure model and carries out hierarchical analysis,and then puts forward relevant suggestions on the quality of prefabricated buildings.The results show that the transportation and storage of prefabricated components and the degree of construction specification directly affect the quality of pre⁃fabricated buildings;Mechanical equipment,drawing review and other factors indirectly affect the qual⁃ity of prefabricated buildings,and the impact is relatively small.
