摘　　要：探索了一种基于WBS客观评价方法的科技项目评价体系。介绍了现有项目评价方法的局限性,详细阐释了基于WBS的项目评价体系的主要内容、评价要素等,并总结了该评价方法的作用以及评价过程中存在的问题。This paper explores a science and technology project evaluation system which based on WBS objective evaluation method.The author introduces the limitations of the existing project evaluation meth⁃ods,explains the main elements and the evaluation elements of the WBS-based project evaluation sys⁃tem.Then the author summarises the role of the evaluation method and the problems that exist in the evaluation process.
