摘　　要：目的:为癌症患儿治疗期症状管理提供最佳证据。方法:检索国内外相关文献数据库中关于癌症患儿治疗期的症状管理文献,包括指南、系统评价、证据总结及专家共识,检索时间为建库至2020年6月30日,并对文献质量进行评价。结果:共纳入32篇文献,包括8篇指南、16篇系统评价、3篇证据总结、5篇专家共识,汇总39条证据,涉及症状管理的一般原则、疼痛、恶心呕吐、疲乏、焦虑、悲伤/抑郁情绪、睡眠障碍、口腔黏膜炎以及症状群的评估和干预。结论:医护人员可结合证据早期前瞻性地对癌症患儿治疗期症状进行管理,发展个性化和有针对性的干预措施,有效应对疾病和治疗的影响,改善癌症患儿的生活质量。Objective:To provide the best evidence for symptom management during pediatric cancer treatment.Methods:Literatures, including guidelines, systematic review, evidence summary, expert consensus, recommended practice on symptom management during pediatric cancer treatment were retrieved from relevant websites and literature databases.The retrieval time was from inception to June 30,2020,then quality of the literature was evaluated.Results:A total of 32 literatures were included, involving 8 guidelines, 16 systematic reviews, 3 evidence summaries and 5 expert consensus.39 pieces of evidence were summarized, involve regarding transition readiness cover the general principles of symptom management;pain, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, anxiety, sadness/depression, sleep disorders, oral mucositis, and symptom cluster assessment and intervention.Conclusions:Clinicians can choose the recommended evidence to improve symptom management during pediatric cancer treatment by personalized and targeted intervention measures, help them effectively deal with the impact of disease and treatment and improve their quality of life.
