摘　　要：文章分析了现有剪毛机的毛高调节原理,研究了受力情况和毛高调节时运动部件的运动轨迹,探讨了毛高测量参数的计算方法和影响测量结果的因素,提出了新的毛高调节和毛高测量机构及其优点。This paper analyzes the principle of pile height adjustment of existing cropping machine, studies the force situation and the motion trajectory of the moving parts during pile height adjustment, discusses the calculation method of pile height measurement parameter and the factors affecting the measurement results, and puts forward the new pile height adjustment and pile height measurement mechanism and its advantages.
