真丝筒子纱的前处理工艺研究

摘　　要：文章主要研究精炼脱胶工艺及松式络筒工艺对真丝筒子纱的前处理。结果表明,将真丝筒子纱的松筒密度控制在0.45g/cm^(3),在温度为110.00℃、时间为40.00 min、pH为10.00、精炼剂AR-617质量浓度为6.00 g/L的精炼脱胶工艺条件下,真丝的练减率为24.78%、白度为73.60%、毛效(3.00 min)为10.3 cm、降强率低于10.00%,精炼脱胶后的真丝筒子纱成型好,用酸性染料染色后,内、中、外层纱线的色差小,灰卡评级达到5级。This paper mainly studies the pretreatment of silk bobbin yarn by the process of refined degumming and loose winding. The results showed that when the density of the silk bobbin yarn is controlled at 0.45 g/cm^(3), in the refined degumming process with the temperature of 110.00 ℃, the time of 40.00 min, the pH of 10.00, and the mass concentration of refining agent AR-617 of 6.00 g/L, the degumming loss percentage of silk is 24.78%, the whiteness value is 73.60%, the capilary effect(3.00 min) is 10.3 cm, the strength reduction rate is less than 10.00%, and the refined degumming silk bobbin yarn is well formed, after dyeing with acid dye, the color difference of the inner, middle and outer yarn is small, and the gray card rating reaches grade 5.
