摘  要:移动电站降噪技术应军品装备静音要求而成为研究重点,以柴油机和发电机为研究对象,基于噪声机理分析,设计进风消声装置不同结构型式为单一变量的单因素试验,建立有限元仿真模型,阻抗管法对声学材料进行吸隔声性能试验,并模拟全尺寸样件和试验验证。得到结论:倒V型进风消声器,厢舱进风量流经水冷散热器风量最大,倒L型进风量最小;隔音垫隔声性能最佳,环保玻璃丝纤维吸声性能最佳;采用两者复合材料,倒V型进风消音装置的设计方案,声压级降噪效果明显。倒V型降噪效果满足78dB(A)的设计要求,试验验证仿真结果的有效性。The noise reduction technology of mobile power station has become the focus of research in response to the mute requirements of military equipment.For diesel engine and generator,on the noise mechanism analysis,the single factor test with different structural types of air inlet silencing device as a single variable is designed,the finite element simulation model is established,and the impedance tube method is used to test the absorption and sound insulation performance of acoustic materials,The full-scale sample and test verification are simulated.The conclusions are as follows:for the inverted V-type air inlet muffler,the air inlet volume of the compartment flowing through the water-cooled radiator is the largest,and the inverted L-type air inlet volume is the smallest.The sound insulation performance of the sound insulation pad is the best,and the sound absorption performance of environment-friendly glass fiber is the best.With the two composite materials and the design scheme of inverted V-type air inlet silencing device,the sound pressure level noise reduction effect is obvious.The inverted V-shaped noise reduction effect meets the design requirements of 78dB(A),and the effectiveness of the simulation results is verified by experiments.
