摘　　要：在分析养老产业融合发展的内在逻辑与机理、养老产业融合发展的主要模式的基础上,提出完善的养老产业融合发展对策为:完善相关的法律法规,整合各类资源;加大社会资本的引入,营造良好的产业环境和生态环境;建立和健全养老服务信息平台,加强产业间信息共享;企业重视多元化发展和管理创新,不断打造创新性养老产品;优化养老产业专业人才结构,组建一批高水准的养老服务团队;突出地方优势,精准发力,不断优化养老产业融合发展模式等,以期为推动产业融合视阈下我国养老产业发展提供借鉴和参考。On the basis of analyzing the internal logic and mechanism of the integrated development of the elderly care industry and the main mode of the integrated development of the elderly care industry,the author puts forward the improvement of relevant laws and regulations and the integration of various resources.Increase the introduction of social capital to create a good industrial and ecological environment;Establish and improve information platform for elderly care service,strengthen information sharing among industries;Enterprises attach importance to diversified development and management innovation,and constantly create innovative pension products;Optimize the pension industry professional talent structure,set up a number of high-level pension service team;Highlighting local advantages,making precise efforts,and constantly optimizing the pension industry integration development strategy such as the pension industry integration development mode,in order to provide reference for promoting the pension industry development under the vision of industrial integration.
